Free Samples: We offer free samples to our customers. However, the shipping cost is to be borne by the customer. Please note that this shipping fee will be refunded to you upon placing a bulk order.

Delivery Time: 

a)Small order: 13-20 days for production.

b) Bulk order: 20-40 days according to your order.

For special urgent order, we can help to arrange faster.

c)Shipping time: about 3-7 days by express or air freight if small quantity.

d) If bulk quantity, about 30-45 days by sea according to your seaport.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): MOQ for bulk orders is 1000 m/color. For smaller quantities, please inquire about availability and pricing.(If we have fabrics on stock which you required  ,there is without MOQ )

Payment Terms:

Normally, we accept wire transfer, Western Union, PayPal, and irrevocable letter of credit at sight. Besides, it can be negotiated after cooperation.

For regular production: A 30% deposit is required in advance, with the remaining 70% to be paid before shipment via T/T.

For customized fabrics: A 50% deposit is required in advance, with the balance due before shipment via T/T.

We also accept L/C at sight. In this case, the balance should be paid before the goods are ready for shipment, or by L/C.

Quality Control and Inspection: We maintain strict quality control processes for all our fabrics to ensure consistency and reliability. Pre-shipment inspections can be arranged at your request.

Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events, we will notify you promptly of any delays or changes to your order.

• A: Absolutely. We offer custom dyeing (Pantone matched) and can adjust the water-repellent or waterproof (PU/TPU lamination) levels based on your requirements.
